Finally caught up with The Leading Ladies on Graham Norton on BBC1, well, BBC iPlayer to be more precise. Amber Riley, Beverley Knight and Cassidy Janson performed their latest single One Night Only and seriously these girls vocal talents are enough to melt ice and the coldest of hearts they’re THAT GOOD!!! You’ve got to hear these girls to believe it. If ever there was a soul super-group these three are it. Two Hollywood heart-throbs were on the red sofa tonight; Zac Efron, Hugh Jackman, his Showman co-star Zendaya, Churchill star Gary Oldman and Suranne Jones. All I’ll say that Zac’s come a long way since High School Musical and Jackman’s carved quite the career; virtual unknown to playing a clawed mutant to musical showman. There doesn’t seem to be anything that he can’t do. Catch Hugh and Zendaya’s new film The Greatest Showman in cinemas now.

Just finished watching Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones from Glee) perform ‘And I Am Telling You I Am Not Going’ on The Graham Norton Show and my god what a voice. It was actually like watching The West End/Broadway but directly in front of you on the TV, seriously it was that good. As a singer she’s right up there with the likes of the late Whitney Houston, Beyoncé and Shirley Bassey. What a powerhouse of a voice, just stops you in your tracks. Amber’s got some serious talent on her and she’s actually performing it on the West End in the stage production of Dream Girls and tonight was practically a one-off preview.
